Plumbers don’t always receive the right credit. Many people believe their work is not as difficult and harmful as other tool-producing experts, such as electricians, lumberjacks, or welders, in which customers automatically take into account the risks associated with their work.

Among these jobs, however, a plumber is the most emblematic in pop culture. One of the best examples of this is Super Mario, which is considered one of the most popular video games in the world. Plumbers usually play comedic roles in television shows and movies. Their jobs, however, are not always enjoyable and playful.

According to statistics, there are around 470,000 plumbers in the United States, and there are 127.59 million households in the country. This means that there are about two plumbers assigned to each household in the US as of date. There are likely more plumbers now as a trade school over universities is increasingly being considered by youth. The Bureau of Labor Statistics even estimated that from 2014 to 2024, the plumbing sector would expand by 24%.

The annual revenue of a plumber in the nation was estimated to be an average of $50.620 in 2015. This relies naturally still upon the cost, the status, and the number of clients the plumber has. In the Dallas-Plano-Irving subway, for example, plumbers create $27 an hour.

However, despite the money they make, it is important to note that fixing plumbing problems is not a simple task, particularly if they face a specific issue. Not all plumbers are updated with the latest tools and knowledge in plumbing principles which also makes it important to choose the right plumbing company with the expertise and proven experience in the industry.

That said, we don’t believe too much about it, but plumbing is a challenging task physically. It needs power, durability, and the capacity to function in a multitude of contexts, particularly as they squabble and drain all day.

Mr. Rooter’s infographic describes the struggle and challenges that plumbers face so that we can better comprehend these under-recognized experts.
